TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit Policy:

A $250 deposit will be taken if the booking is for low season and a $500 deposit will be taken if the booking is during mid/ high seasons. 

Mid & High Season Dates: 25/09/20 -3/10/20; 21/12/20 – 28/01/2021
A 3% surcharge applies to payments made with AMEX or Diners.

Cancellation Policy:

If your booking is cancelled a refund of the deposit will be made if 14 days notice in low season and 30 days notice in mid/high season is given.
Cancellations inside this period will forfeit the deposit paid unless the apartment is re-let for the same period and price.
If accommodation is re-let the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.
